The Miami buildings and neighborhoods we service
The bulk of our Miami work is vertical: the residential towers of Brickell, the financial core where landmark buildings like the Foster + Partners–designed 619 Brickell and the branded SIRO Brickell residences sit alongside two decades of earlier high-rises, and Edgewater, the bayfront corridor that has become Miami's 'quiet luxury' address with buildings such as Aria Reserve and the Kobi Karp–designed The Edge. These are Built-In and Pro 48 column kitchens, by the thousand.
Away from the towers we service the established single-family city — Coconut Grove's tree-canopy estates, Coral Way, the Roads, Morningside, and Bay Heights — where the installs run older and a meaningful share are legacy Sub-Zero columns the owners put in during a renovation a decade or two ago. Same brand, very different service profile from a Brickell high-rise.
