The Fisher Island buildings we service
Fisher Island's Sub-Zero installations fall into two broad generations. The newer wave is concentrated in the Palazzo buildings: Palazzo Del Sol at 7000 Fisher Island Drive (47 residences, designed by Kobi Karp, completed in 2016) and Palazzo Della Luna (50 residences across roughly eight waterfront acres). Both were built around custom Boffi kitchens specified with Sub-Zero and Miele — full integrated panel-ready columns, Pro 48 refrigeration, and dedicated wine storage are the norm rather than the exception in these units.
The second generation lives in the island's established buildings — Oceanside, with its larger 2,400 to 7,700-square-foot floor plans, plus Bayview, Bayside Village, Seaside Villas, Marina Village, and the Villa Del Mare estates — along with the historic homes around the Fisher Island Club and the 1940 Vanderbilt Mansion. These carry a mix of current and legacy Sub-Zero equipment, and the legacy columns are exactly the units where bringing the correct OEM part onto the island the first time matters most.
