The Miami Beach buildings and islands we service
The oceanfront tower tier drives a large share of our calls: Faena House (Foster + Partners, 47 residences), Continuum on South Point (full- and half-floor residences over Government Cut), and The Setai in South Beach (a 40-story, roughly 163-residence tower). Around them sits the Art Deco and South Beach residential core, where the buildings are older and the Sub-Zero installs more varied.
Off the causeways are the gated single-family islands — Star, Palm, Hibiscus, and the Venetian Islands — plus the Sunset Islands and the La Gorce and Pine Tree estates of Mid-Beach. These run conventional estate kitchens rather than tower stacks, and they age on a different curve than the oceanfront high-rises.
