Addressed an ice maker failure and clogged drain line in a Sub-Zero unit. Our team cleared the blockage, repaired the ice maker assembly, and tested all components for proper operation. Preventative maintenance was also completed to reduce future issues. The customer now has a fully functioning ice maker and improved refrigerator performance.
